David has a chemical engineering degree from M.I.T. and work experience as an environmental engineer. This foundation in the science and engineering is an enormous asset when David takes on matters in the area of environmental law. David has represented clients in permitting and enforcement proceedings involving federal, state, and local agencies. During the 90’s, David was very heavily involved in defending federal Superfund cases. He has also handled toxic tort and products liability cases, and he has represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes relating to environmental claims. David also co-authored and was a significant contributor to several books, brochures and articles published by the Purdue Pesticide Programs office. There are few attorneys who possess David’s engineering background and education, plus his extensive trial and litigation experience.
