David Gunter has practiced law for more than 34 years. He began his legal career in South Florida, where he worked for two very large multistate law firms (Holland & Knight and Edwards & Angell) in their corporate, litigation and environmental law departments. David moved to Brevard County in 2001, and worked 13 years with Dean Mead as the senior litigation attorney in the firm’s Viera office.

David opened his own law firm on November 1, 2014. Now that he is free of the high overhead and restrictive policies typically associated with large law firms, he is excited to be able to provide quality legal services to small businesses and to individuals who are seeking more personal service, and who prefer not to hire a large, high-priced law firm to handle their legal problems.

As in most other sectors of the business world, the impact of computer technology on the practice of law has been enormous. David is committed to using advanced legal technologies to better serve his clients. By utilizing the latest technology, small firms are able to compete very effectively and successfully against even the largest and most expensive law firms.
